Replacements and refunds
Please make sure that the products are not used, not washed and have the original label and packaging. If any of this is not observed (for example, the product has been used up or part of the packaging has been lost), please contact us to resolve this situation, we will do our best to resolve the situation and help you, as we consider each issue individually!
We refund the full purchase price excluding return shipping costs. Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund additional taxes (if they were charged), as they remain with the government of the country the package was sent to. Regarding the return of the parcel, for the USA and America in general, we have a warehouse in Florida for convenience; for all other countries it is possible to return the parcel to Ukraine.
When the return arrives at the warehouse, we send you a message that we have received it and take further actions - replacement or refund. Please note: 1. It may take several business days between the time your return arrives at the warehouse and is processed2. We cannot accept or exchange fabric samples and custom orders3. we cannot replace an item that changes color or shrinks as this is not considered the fault of the manufacturer. To avoid this, please see our linen care guide. If you are unsure about the color you want to order, we will gladly send you fabric samples.
Sending items to us
You can choose the postal service yourself to send the items to us. It is very important that the postal service provides you with a tracking number. If it happens that the postal service has lost the package, please contact us to solve the problem.

You can return part of your order or request a refund, even if it is part of a bedding set.
Return of products received as a gift
You can exchange an item for another in our store. Refunds can be made, but only to the buyer who paid for the gift directly.
