Based on these guidelines, we strive to do our best to ensure that you are satisfied with our linen products in the end, so if there was a production defect from our side, we offer a replacement or refund within 45 days of delivery. Replacements and refunds

Please make sure that the products are not used, not washed and have the original label and packaging.

We refund the full purchase price excluding return shipping costs. Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund additional taxes (if they were charged), as they remain with the government of the country the package was sent to.

When the return arrives at the warehouse, we send you a message that we have received it and take further actions - replacement or refund. Please note that it may take several business days between the time your return arrives at the warehouse and is processed.

Please keep invoices for parcel's weight or price verification.

Acceptable returns include:
+ Incorrect size received
+ Production defects (e.g., holes, faulty closures)
+ Wrong item shipped (e.g., sheet instead of duvet cover)
+ Incomplete orders (missing items)
+ Color discrepancies (e.g., wrong color name).

Returns are not accepted for:
- Color preference dissatisfaction* (check details below)
- Unnoticed wrong size orders (verify sizes before purchasing)
- Incorrect hanging type or closure ordered
- Fabric quality doubts** (check details below)
- Non-defective custom orders
- Changed mind about needing the item.

*The color from the photo may differ in reality due to the following reasons:
• Lighting in real life and photography may vary depending on the color rendering of your device's monitor
• Your specific lighting may differ from the lighting in our photographs (cooler or warmer)
• Colors of hand-dyed fabric may vary slightly due to complex dyeing process.
Please order fabric samples for accurate color choice

• The thickness or softness of the fabric isn't the same as you expected.
• Our linen is of the highest quality, but its true qualities are revealed after washing and about a week of use. It becomes significantly softer over time, so expect initial roughness.


Sending items to us 

Regarding the return of the parcel, for the USA, we have a warehouse in Florida for convenience. For all other countries it is possible to return the parcel to Ukraine. You can choose the postal service yourself to send the items to us. It is very important that the postal service provides you with a tracking number. If it happens that the postal service has lost the package, please contact us to solve the problem.

Also, usually, during the registration of the parcel at the post office, you need to indicate the cost of the contents of the parcel in the invoice. Please indicate in the invoice the cost of 80 EUR/GBP (no more than 80 EUR/GBP), as we need it so that there will be no problems with customs during delivery.
